It is always better to make an appointment with me in advance, e.g. by email. The blank windows in my work calendar (see below) are certainly a good first approximation, although they don't always mean I have a free time.
The standard signing days during the semester are on Mondays and Thursdays, Ms. Pistekova, secretary of the Department of Mathematical Analysis, collects papers which are to be signed. In an emergency it is possible to arrange a signature during some other day.
