Keywords: computational fluid dynamics; cardiovascular hemodynamics; medical imaging (PC-MRI).
Currently, I am in the fourth year of my PhD studies.
We use open-source libraries
FEniCS and PETSc in Python
to
perform the numerical simulations and VMTK or GMSH software for mesh preparations.
Our Chapter regularly organize seminars and guest lectures mainly for PhD students as well as some introductory courses (LaTeX, FEniCS) for younger students.
AlumNode is a global alumni network with an interdisciplinary community made of researchers, experts and science communicators.
You can check out this repository! I will add more documents soon!
