Cantor Fan

We define the Cantor Fan $F_{C}=\cup \{ve : e \in C\}$, where ve is the segment joining v=(1/2,1) with all points e in the Cantor Ternary Set C. We consider F_C as a subset of the Euclidean plane with the induced topology. See [39, p.9].
