ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

To submit a new abstract, click the Submit abstract link. Only the name of the presenting author should be filled in on the form and only one abstract may be submitted for each presenting author who identifies him/herself via the e-mail address. The abstract must be uploaded as a PDF file prepared according to guidelines. To finalize submission, press the Submit Query button (or similar depending on setting of your local system). A confirmation of the submission will be sent to your e-mail address.

Upon LogIn, it is possible to modify all items on the abstract submission form or upload a modified version of the abstract until abstract submission is closed (see important dates). To finalize changes, press the Submit Query button.

In the case you wish to cancel your submission, please, LogIn and press the Withdraw abstract button. Your abstract will be removed from further consideration and a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Please, note that after withdrawal of your abstract also your e-mail and login details are removed from our database. Possible another submission has to be made through the Submit abstract link.
