Conditions for exams1. To be allowed to pass the exam, the student have to be inscribed for this course in this semester and he/she have to gain the credit in advance. 2. The exam is done in the oral form. Student randomly chooses a set of questions, he/she will prepare the answers (usually in a written form). Then he/she will explain the answers to the examiner, who will evaluate the answers and award points to the students. 3. 5. The list of the relevant theorems for exam questions is here.
In case only a part of the theorem was proved during the lectures, only that part will be explicitly
tested. Anyway, if a proof of the remaing part is published at the lecture noter, students are expected
to know at least a basic scheme of the relevant part of the proof. 6. In some cases, obvious from the context, the answer to a question on a theorem should contain definitions of necessary notions or a description of the construction of the relevant objects. 7. The problems in a set of questions may be excercises to compute something, exercises concerning application of some theorems or some questions testing the understanding to the notions and theorems. To prepare to solving such problems credit problems and problems to the given chapters may be useful. 8. Evaluation of the exam: To pass the exam one needs to get at least 50 points, to get the mark 2 at least 60 points, to get the mark 1 at least 75 points. 9.
