Conference office
Conference office will be located in the building of the University of Economy, where the conference will take place. Office hours for the registration:
Saturday 16 August: 13:00 - 20:00
Sunday 17 August: 10:00 - 20:00
Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 - 18:00
Thursday-Friday: 8:00 - 14:00
Participants arriving beyond of the registration hours are asked to go to the reception of the Guest House "Volha", where they will be accommodated, see Location.

The Get-Together-Party will take place on Sunday 17 August 2003 at 19:00 in the Dining Hall in the campus where the conference takes place.

Concert and Main Party
The concert and the main party will take place in Historical Halls of the Charles University (Carolinum), Ovocny trh 5, Praha 1 on Thursday 21 August 2003 at 17:00.
How to come there: use a bus and metro C to go to the station "Museum". Then you can walk through "Vaclavske namesti" down and continue through the street "Na Mustku", turn to the right to "Rytirska" street and you arrive to the "Estate Theater". Behind this building you will find the entrance of the Charles University. The second possibility is to change at "Museum" to the line A, direction "Dejvicka" and to get off at the next station "Mustek" and leave metro in the direction of the train. Then you go out at the bottom of "Vaclavske namesti" and continue as above.

Meals
Breakfast and lunch will be served in the Dining Hall in the campus, where the conference takes place. Coffee and tea will be served during conference breaks nearby lecture halls.

Weather
Average temperature in August is around 25 C (77 F), mild and sunny with occasional rains.

Official Language
The official language of conference is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentation and discussions.
