The workshop will be organized in the university
conference center, hotel KRYSTAL, J. Martího 2, Prague 6,
Czech Republic. The arrival date is Sunday October 29, 2000, the departure
date is Saturday November 4, 2000. Reservation of accomodation for
participants of the ARW has been made in the hotel KRYSTAL (single room).
Continuous Wavelet Transform in Clifford Analysis
Spectral asymptotics and a discrete leading
symbol for natural differential operators
Harmonic analysis and singular integrals & Function Theory for
Dirac operators
Harmonic analysis of the Dirac operator on a Lipschitz domain
Dirac type operators on spheres, hyperbolas and the conformal
group
Clifford analysis using abstract vector variables
Clifford analysis as a study of invariant operators
On a class of weak singular integral operators and its
applications
Dirac Operators in Clifford Algebras: Some new
results and a plan for future research
Double covers of modification of orthogonal groups
There will be 11 survey lectures on recent development
in various areas in the field of the conference (60 minutes each)
and 30 lectures on recent research results of participants
(30 minutes each). Also poster sessions will be organized.
In order to establish an effective interaction between the participants,
all participants are expected to stay for the full duration of the ARW.
A special volume with the Proceedings of the Conference will
be prepared. Papers in their final form should be submitted
by e-mail before
SEPTEMBER 15, 2000
to Freddy Brackx (Ghent University) at the following address:
The length of the papers will be at most 15 pages for the main lectures
and 8 pages for the other contributions. All contributions will be
refereed in a standard way in view of publication in a NATO Science
Series II - Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry volume, published by
Kluwer Academic Publishers. Participants are asked to use the generic
Kluwer Latex style files to be downloaded from
(
xy-macro)
The conference package (which includes accommodation
and meals) costs 230 EURO (450 DM). Limited financial
support will be available for researchers from
NATO and Partner and Meditteranean
Dialogue Countries (for the list of them, see
NATO
www-pages). Application for partial support for the stay
and for travel expenses should be sent via e-mail to
Closing date for the receipt of such applications is
MARCH 31, 2000.
There is a possibility for young scientists from Greece, Portugal and
Turkey to be awarded a supplementary fund covering (a part of) their
travel expenses; the decision is made by their Nato National
Administrator. The application is done by the ARW Director, so no extra
administration by these participants is due.
