Czech Airlines is the Official Carrier of the conference. Czech Airlines offers a comprehensive global route network linking many major cities around the world with Prague. Feel free to ask for the discount 15% from applicable Economy Class fares and 25% from Business Class fares in Czech Airlines offices worldwide.

Discounts are valid for journeys in the period one week before the event - one week after the event for registered delegates and one accompanying person. This offer is valid for tickets booked and issued through Czech Airlines offices only. Official letter confirming your participation issued by CONFORG will be required.

Passports and Visas

All visitors entering the Czech Republic must have a valid passport; EU members can have a standard valid document for travelling through EU countries. Citizens of some countries will be required to have an entrance visa. Please consult the nearest Czech Embassy or Consulate to inquire about the terms valid at the time of your trip.

Public transport

Public transport in Prague consists of buses, trams and metro. A non-transfer single ticket costs 14 CZK and a transfer single ticket costs 20 CZK. There is also a possibility to use short-term tickets: 24-hour ticket (80 CZK), 3-day ticket (220 CZK) or 7-day ticket (280 CZK).
