The program of the conference will include invited 50 minute lectures and 20 minute communications. Please, indicate your intention to give a communication on the enclosed Registration Form and send us a 15 line camera ready abstract (this is necessary for acceptance of your communication). All invited lectures and communications can be published in the conference proceedings. Detailed information will be given in the Second Announcement.
