At present, the Seminar deals with recent results covering a variety of topics from contemporary algebra. The main subjects include module theory, associative algebras, groups and binary systems, lattices, universal algebras and applications. Besides the Faculty members, visitors and talented students frequently present their works at the Seminar. Currently, the seminar is headed by Prof. Trlifaj and Prof. Kepka . The Seminar takes place in lecture room 319 (3rd floor, Sokolovska 83) each Monday in term time from 3:30 p.m.
